Open Day - 11th February 2012

 

Thanks for your interest in the Grange Fitness Open Day. The aim of the day is to introduce you to the services we offer, and let you try your hand, completely free of charge, at any of our classes or personal training sessions.

Places are available on a first come first served basis, so if you're interested in anything specific, then please click on the item below to register.

8.30am - Bootcamp

10am - Boxing circuits

10.45 - Suspension training

11.30 - Yoga

12 - Tyre training

12.45 - Bells & Balls

1.30 - Pilates

Throughout the day we will also be running FREE Personal training sessions and workouts.
