Pilates - Beginners class focussing on postural re-education. This is a limited spaced class and is not included in the regular class payments. 4 week course £50pp.
Tai Chi - For all abilities and ages, this class is a Chinese system of slow meditative physical exercise designed for relaxation and balance and health.
Yoga - Ashtanga Yoga Beginners Courses is a systematic introduction to the fundamentals and foundations of Ashtanga yoga. With this class you book for the 4 week course starting 11th of January.
Lighten up - Our weight management class includes a weekly weigh in, nutritional advice and support, followed by a 30 minute fat burning class.
Circuit Training - Various short sharp exercises to keep you going!
Swiss ball - Core orientated class using the Swiss balls to give you an whole body workout.
Functional Fitness - This class uses all sorts of equipment, using Kettlebells, powerbags, bosu’s, steps and your own body weight!
Pad Fitness ABA Skills - This class is a non-contact, fun, but challenging boxing skills based class, using just gloves and pads.
Mixed martial arts - self defence - Again a non-contact class, using skills from Kick-boxing, karate and spirit combat.

PRICES - £5pp per class, classes must be booked and paid in advance.
