You join a gym to change things. Most will offer you lots of shiny machines – but its not machines that change things; it's people. £200 million is wasted every year on unused gym memberships because of a lack of support and motivation.
Grange Fitness is goal oriented rather than machine oriented. Sure, there are some pretty cool machines there – but the difference is in the people supporting you and what they do. All our persona trainers are committed to what they do, with a strong track record and a team with nutrition, and sports therapy qualifications to make sure you get the result you want.
Grange Fitness isn’t looking for just any old members. They want people who want to make real changes and are prepared to commit to their goals, so don’t join if you’re never going to show up; Grange Fitness reward you for working hard – the more you commit to training, the more they commit to you. Effectively, of course, you’re committing to yourself; simply paying a direct debit every month then sitting on the sofa and wishing all the time, will get you nowhere.
Membership is limited, so that you always receive a high level of attention from your trainer and never need to wait for equipment. To make it even easier, there will be an online booking system - book your time slot and put it in your diary, so there are no excuses for not going!
Matt Brennan says: “The original idea came from working with my current personal training clients. Some of them have the time, but not the money to have three or four personal training sessions per week, so I was suggesting they went to other gyms to get an extra session in, most of them did not want to do this, so I had to come up with ways for them to get the most out of the service and facilities we have to offer.”
